RENTAL FEES AND CHARGES

A. RENTAL FEE * RATES
1. Meeting Room
Monday - Thursday (Holidays excluded)  
- 1st 3 hours $500.00
- Each additional hour $100.00
* Fees include refundable deposit of $200
2. House, Garden, & Front Yard
- 1st 6 hours $3,000.00
- Each additional hour $300.00
* Fees include refundable deposit of $1000
3. Filming/Prep-Strike
Monday - Friday (7:00 am - 10:00 pm)  
- Filming (per day) $3500.00
- Prep/Strike (per day) $1750.00
4. Commercial Still Photography
1 - 15 person (per day) $350.00
15 + person (per day) $700.00
5. Non-Commercial Still Photography/Video (without booking an event): Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 3pm only (Holidays Excluded)
- 1st 2 hours $50.00
- Each additional hour $25.00
* Additional Monitor fees may apply
6. Utility (each for electricity, gas, or water)
- Flat fee $75.00
7. Department Film Monitor (2 hours minimum)
- Per Hour $38.00
B. Security
2-5 security monitors required for all events. Additional fees apply, including holiday rates for all city holidays. Please contact facility for pricing.
C. Alcohol Policy
We will have you contract our contracted bar service for current rates and options. The bar service must provide ALL beverages.

D. Rehearsal Fees
Wedding rehearsals may be scheduled within 60 days of event
- Wednesdays or Thursdays only $150.00 flat fee
E. Minimum Payment to GUARANTEE RESERVATION
Payable within ten (10) days of the initial reservation.
- Meeting Room $100.00 (Non Refundable)
- House, Garden, & Front Yard $500.00 (Non Refundable)
- Filming $1500.00 (Non Refundable)
F. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation 61 Days or more in advance 50% OF REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Cancellation WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE EVENT 50% OF ALL FEES
Postponement PRIOR TO 60 Days OF EVENT (Meeting Room, House & Garden) 50% OF REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Postponement (Filming) PRIOR TO 60 Days OF EVENT 50% OF REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
G. Filming
1. Request for permission for filming or photography should be received no less than 48 business hours in advance. Althourgh we will make every effort to accommodate requests that are received less than 48 business hours prior to filming, we cannot ensure that they will be approved.
2. Requesters are required to hold reservations with the Department film office for filming days and locations.
3. Permission/approval of filming or photography is exclusive to the permittee and is not transferable (no subletting).
4. Students - Student filmmakers and photographers may be exempt from film fees, but may be subject to film monitor fees depending on the scope of the project.
5. Base Camp, catering, parking and camera tests are excluded unless filming or photography is permitted as well.

Additional Information

Reservations must be made no less than 60 days prior to event

Payment of Fees: The total amount of all rental fees and deposits shall be paid in full no less than 60 days prior to the scheduled date of use. Otherwise, the event will be cancelled. Accepted payments: Cashiers Check, Money Order, Mastercard, Visa. (No American Express)

Insurance: Insurance may be required for your event. Check with the Hall Manager.
